邬祖全,男,博士,主要从事智能信息获取、有机敏感薄膜、气湿传感器等方面的研究工作。共同完成SCI学术论文13篇,SNB审稿人,电路及电路分析的课程教学。

The relative humidity (RH) sensing is very important to human beings in various areas such as storage areas, food processing, hospital and factory. In the past years, a lot of research has been focused on development of humidity sensitive materials such as carbon nanotube, graphene oxide (GO), Manganese tungsten oxide (MnWO4), Zinc oxide (ZnO) and polyaniline (PANI). As one of the most promising candidate, PANI is commonly used for fabricating gas and humidity sensors due to its ease of synthesis, environmental stability and reversible redox reaction. GO is one of the most important derivatives of carbon, which has been firstly obtained almost since 170 years ago. And GO is a promising hygroscopic material for fabricating humidity sensor because of various oxygen-containing functional groups, such as hydroxyl, epoxide and carbonyl groups at the basal plane. Therefore, utilizing the hydrophilic functional groups of GO to modify the PANI, a higher resistance response of humidity sensor based on GO/PANI thin film can come true.
